- Johnnie Bryant: Named associate head coach, Bryant joins the Cavaliers after four seasons as the Knicks’ associate head coach and six seasons with the Jazz. His experience includes close work with Donovan Mitchell during his time in Utah.
- Jordan Ott: Formerly an assistant with the Lakers (2022-24) and the Nets (2016-22), Ott worked with Atkinson in Brooklyn for over three seasons. He will continue his role as an assistant coach with the Cavaliers.
- DeMarre Carroll: A former NBA forward with 11 seasons of experience, including two with the Nets under Atkinson, Carroll has transitioned to coaching. He spent the 2022/23 season with the Bucks and the 2023/24 season with the Lakers.
- Mike Gerrity: Gerrity, who has been with the Cleveland Charge (the Cavaliers’ G League affiliate) for the past two seasons, joins the Cavaliers’ staff as an assistant coach.
- Trevor Hendry: Hendry served in various roles with the Nets from 2014-24, including assistant coach and head video coordinator. He worked with Atkinson from 2016-20.
- Omar Cook: Cook, a longtime professional player, has been with the Cavaliers since 2022. He was previously an assistant coach for the Charge and has been promoted to an assistant/player development role with the Cavaliers.
